PSA Aftermarket: World Cup Final to be held in France

The World Cup of services managers and sales advisers service, organized by PSA Aftermarket, aims to reward the after-sales expertise of its teams. The 16 finalist teams will compete in the final from 3 to 6 December 2019, in Poissy (78).

This is the 2 nd edition of the World Cup organized by PSA Aftermarket for the service managers, that is to say, the heads of workshop in charge of all the after-sales service and the commercial service advisors (CSS) who accompany the customer on the entire course.

After a national pre-selection in each country, then a second by PSA Aftermarket via a theoretical quiz timed with 50 questions covering in particular the areas of quality of service, simplified standard operational customer journeys, or management …, the 16 teams finalists (8 service managers and 8 service sales advisors) will compete in Poissy from 3 to 6 December 2019.

To decide between them, after the theoretical test, place to practice with exercises based on the heart of each of the trades. For example: the CSS will have to draw up a quote on a complex service when the service managers will have to analyze the economic efficiency of a workshop.

An awards ceremony will close these four days of events but the reward is primarily collective as is the success of the after-sales trades: all finalists will enjoy a festive event with a key discover Paris off the beaten track.

This World Cup is first and foremost a way to promote the profession and encourage employees to grow, as we have seen in the first edition, it is a real pride for garages to be part of the finalists and they communicate a lot about their participation, “says Eric Leblond-Trepeu, head of organization and after-sales training at PSA.
